If your REALLY want to get that folder back. STOP using that computer and contact a Data Recovery Experty.
They can get files back you deleted 5 years ago.
It will cost you, but that is the only way how.
Or you can buy some recovery software and try it yourself if you think that is something you can do.
u dont, the folder bin is the last precaution to saving files that you “accidently” delete ifu delete it from there it is gone.
try switching to windows7 rc1 it isnt any better about accidental file deletion but it is better than vista
