Every time I try and import a movie file into Windows Movie Maker, it wants to break it up into multiple movie clips (sometimes hundreds!).

It invariablly causes some kind of instability and the program closes.

Surely there’s a way to stop it from breaking it up like this?

if you hit the ‘cancel ‘ button while its creating the movies, it’ll load the big movie with out splitting it into parts.
Don’t know of any program which can do the job.
However, if I may ask, is the imported clip a movie of sorts?
surely it will produce hundreds of clips.
This involves the RAM, the amount of memory your PC uses to do tasks.
If you’re just finding specific clips in that imported clip, do try to just cut it out.
however, if you need multiple clips, it maybe kinda hard, considering that it may produce hundreds

better instead of importing the video clip , try click and drag the file to the collections

I have installed the Windows 7 RC, and am currently debating whether to keep going with it or to go back to Vista.
What’s going to sway me is the Windows 7 Ultimate pack. It’s a bit pricey for one user, but if shared over several users it’s worth in my opinion.
I’ve done my best to find this out, to no avail, and was wondering if one of you lovely people knew the answer. How many people can install Windows 7 on a single “Ultimate” Product Key?
